Adds settings key to adjust search key icon index for top bar. This helps with keeping panel organized consistently, since GNOME panel icon precedence otherwise gets set depending on load time.

Unparent before insert when the indicator is not already in _rightBox,
and wrap that access in try/catch. Bound the setting to 0-10, disable
the prefs row while the icon is hidden, and describe right-status-area
placement in the subtitle.

Pushed a follow-up onto this branch: 6b900ca Harden panel icon index placement and prefs.

  • Unparent the indicator before insert if it is not already in _rightBox, and wrap that access in try/catch
  • Bound panel-icon-position to 0-10 in the schema
  • Disable the Icon index row while the panel icon is hidden
  • Subtitle now says right status area, and that larger values pin to the end

Keep the shorter subtitle and schema description from the original
change. The range, row sensitivity, and reparent fix stay.

Yep I'm planning on uploading it later this week assuming people don't find issues with the blur my shell implementation before then.
