Pushes to master build a signed nightly variant, installed beside the
stable app as io.github.telltale.nightly. Release tags vX.Y.Z on a
'Release Telltale X.Y.Z' commit validate versions, build the signed APK
and publish a Forgejo release with its SHA-256. Builds run in a
toolchain container with persistent Gradle and Cargo caches. Signing
comes from keystore.properties or RELEASE_* variables, as in invio.
Permanent rules no longer show a creation time from an earlier boot's
clock, the prompt's domain choice no longer truncates long names, and
the VPN list says '1 app'.
