Delete branch "t3code/offline-reading-packs"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Download the newest posts and comments from a chosen feed before a commute. Android and GNOME now have an Offline reading packs menu with feed selection, a post count, optional media, and a storage limit for each pack.
Packs hold up to 100 posts and 400 comments per post. Text downloads first, and content plus media stay within the selected 1 MiB to 1 GiB limit. Reading uses local copies without refreshing from Reddit. The manager shows storage use and skipped items, supports deletion, and lets users cancel downloads. Saving a pack post copies its media into the library so deleting the pack preserves the saved copy.
Packs stay local to the device and space and are excluded from backups and sync. Extra comment pages require a connection.
